Who it’s for
A VPN for your whole team makes sense when people need one for work every day. ChatGPT doesn’t serve Russia, and a fair share of foreign services turn away Russian addresses. When everyone buys their own VPN, accounting ends up collecting receipts from personal cards.
We invoice companies and sole proprietors registered in Russia, including Russian subsidiaries of foreign firms. The invoice is in rubles, and the INN, Russia’s taxpayer number, is all we need to fill in the rest from the state register.
Someone working remotely or on a business trip installs the app on a laptop and phone and signs in with their work email, while the dates and the bills stay with the company. Both the app and the account can be switched to English.
If you only need two or three people and no invoice, regular subscriptions on the site are simpler, at the same price and payable with a foreign card. The Company tab is worth it once there are more of you.
Managing seats
Each seat works as a separate subscription with its own end date. Everything that happens to them shows up in the Company tab of your account.
When someone joins, press Add employee and enter their work email. They get an email with access and sign in to the app with the same address. You need a paid seat that nobody is using yet.
If someone leaves, remove them from the list and their access closes on every device. The paid time stays with the seat, so you can give it to the next person.
Seats ending within 60 days are listed separately. You can request renewal right there, our manager sends an invoice, and once it’s paid the seats get their new end dates.
What a seat costs
Longer terms come with the same bonus months as a personal subscription. Prices are in rubles because the invoice is. Terms can be mixed, say some seats for a year and some for a month.
| Term | Per seat | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| 1 monthNo bonus months | 500 ₽ | 500 ₽ |
| 6 months+2 months free | 2,800 ₽ | 350 ₽ |
| 1 year+3 months free | 4,200 ₽ | 280 ₽ |
| 2 years+6 months free | 5,700 ₽ | 190 ₽ |
For example, 25 seats for a year come to 105,000 ₽ on a single invoice, and each seat runs for 15 months. VAT is included.
How to get your company set up
-
Tell us how many seats
Fill out the form or email [email protected], and our manager will sort out the details.
-
Pay the invoice
The INN of the company or sole proprietor is enough, and we’ll look up the other details ourselves. The term on the invoice already includes the bonus months.
-
Hand out the seats
Once it’s paid, a Company tab appears in your account. Add your employees’ emails there, and they’re ready to go.
What companies ask
Can you invoice a company registered outside Russia?
Not at the moment. Invoices go out in rubles to companies and sole proprietors registered in Russia. Your staff can still buy regular subscriptions on the site with a foreign card, at the same prices.
Can we start with a couple of seats?
Yes. We’ll invoice even a single seat for a month and add more when you need them. New seats get their own dates, with no need to line them up with the old ones.
How does an employee connect?
They install VanyaVPN on a computer or phone and sign in with their work email, where a code arrives. The interface language is under Settings, then Language. The download page shows which version to pick for which device.
An employee’s email changed. What happens to the seat?
Nothing. The seat stays theirs. Change the email on the seat card, and they keep using the VPN without setting anything up again. They just sign in with the new address.
Can we add a lot of employees at once?
Yes, there’s no need to type the emails one by one. Paste them as a list straight from a spreadsheet. The whole seat list also exports to CSV for HR or accounting.
Can the company see which sites an employee visits?
No. The tab shows when the employee last connected and how many devices they have, not which sites they open. We don’t store browsing history or traffic content ourselves either.
Can two of us manage the seats?
Yes, and more than two. Support adds administrators, and the tab’s history shows who added or removed whom, and when.
